For the past five years, nestled in the heart of Uttarkashi, we have partnered with Uttarakhand Tourism to host numerous events, fusing the peaceful practice of yoga with the thrill of water sports. Our yoga retreat activities are carefully crafted to bring harmony to mind, body, and spirit against the breathtaking backdrop of Uttarakhand's majestic landscapes.

Imagine beginning your day with sun salutations as the morning mist lifts from the Ganga River, or holding a tree pose with the calming flow of the Bhagirathi River beneath you. Our experienced instructors lead rejuvenating yoga sessions, enhanced by the soothing sounds of nature and the rhythmic pulse of the river.

Beyond traditional yoga, our retreats offer a range of water-based activities designed to energize and inspire. Day 1

  • Transfer from Dehradun.
  • Welcome ceremony and evening meditation.


Day 2
  • Morning yoga session.
  • Travel to Harshil Valley.
  • Evening talk and bonfire night (sharing stories and building community).


Day 3
  • Early morning visit to Gangotri Temple, followed by meditation.
  • Visit to Gartang Gali (enjoying local history and culture).
  • Return to Harshil for evening yoga practice.


Day 4
  • Morning yoga practice.
  • Return to Uttarkashi with stops for sightseeing.
  • Water sports activities (e.g., kayaking, boating).
  • Visit to Kaashi Vishwanath Temple (cultural immersion).
