• Retreat Schedule: - We will provide travel, food, accommodation, and other activities strictly as per the retreat schedule outlined by Bhagirath Outdoor Association & AVYAM.
• Client Responsibilities:- Clients are expected to adhere to the retreat schedule and participate in all scheduled activities. Any deviation from the schedule must be communicated in advance.
• Additional Expenses: - Clients will be responsible for any expenses beyond those explicitly mentioned in the retreat schedule. Additional expenses may include, but are not limited to, personal purchases, extra meals, and activities not specified in the retreat schedule.
• Payment Terms: - Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the retreat, including any additional expenses incurred, in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the Schedule.
• Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made within 20 days of the retreat start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Liability and Disclaimer: - Bhagirath Outdoor Association & AVYAM is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, except in cases of negligence. Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• Privacy Policy: - Client information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, it will not be shared with 3rd parties.
• Force Majeure: - Bhagirath Outdoor Association & AVYAM is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes or other force majeure events.
• Dispute Resolution: - Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Bhagirath Outdoor Association & AVYAM's dispute resolution policy. By participating in the retreat, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is recommended that clients carefully read and understand these terms before confirming their participation.

BHAGIRATHI OUTDOOR ASSOCIATION & AVYAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS NECESSARY, CLIENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES IN ADVANCE.
