Harsil Valley sits as the crown of Uttarakhand, located in the district of Uttarkashi. The valley is situated at an elevation of 2620 meters on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Popularly known as the Switzerland of India. This valley is a cluster of 8 villages, namely, Sukki, Mukbha/Mukhva, Harsil, Bagori, Dharali, Jhala, Jaspur & Purali.
Harsil Valley is a part of the pious trip to Gangotri Dham which is just 25 km away from it. Many bypass this valley and never experience its beautiful orchard, homestays and views of Mt.Bandarpoonch and Mt.Srikant, among other peaks. You can witness mixed traditions and cultures of Hindus, Buddhists, and Jadh Bhotia community natives of Nelong Valley

Terms and Conditions for Services:
1. Schedule:
- We will provide travel, food, accommodation, and other activities strictly as per the retreat schedule outlined by Bhagirathi Outdoor Association
2. Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are expected to adhere to the schedule and participate in all scheduled activities.
- Any deviation from the schedule must be communicated in advance.
3. Additional Expenses:
- Clients will be responsible for any expenses beyond those explicitly mentioned in the
schedule.
- Additional expenses may include, but are not limited to, personal purchases, extra meals,
and activities not specified in the schedule.
4. Payment Terms:
- Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the retreat, including any additional expenses
incurred, in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the agreement.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 20 days of the retreat start date may be subject to a cancellation
fee.
- Detailed cancellation terms are outlined in the agreement.
6. Liability and Disclaimer:
- Bhagirathi Outdoor Association is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during
the trek, except in cases of negligence.
- Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property:
- All materials provided during the retreat, including but not limited to workshops,
presentations, and documents, are the intellectual property of Bhagirathi Outdoor
Association
8. Privacy Policy:
- Client information collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance
with our privacy policy. Refer to the privacy policy document for details.
9. Force Majeure:
- Bhagirathi Outdoor Association is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event
of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure
events.
10. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance
with Bhagirathi Outdoor Association dispute resolution policy.
By participating in the retreat, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is recommended that clients carefully read and understand these terms before confirming their participation.
* Bhagirathi Outdoor Association reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
